Specific Hours: 9AM – 6PM EST, Monday – Friday
Weekends Needed?: Rarely
Other: Bonuses 2x a year, raises yearly, 12 paid vacation days off per year to use as you wish

William Avon Financial is looking for an inside sales virtual assistant to join our team.

The VA will be responsible for prospecting for new clients, cultivating client relationships, setting client appointments, and managing all leads within the contact management database. Calls are made each day to reach potential clients, obtain the necessary information to quote the policy using the agency’s insurance quoting software, then schedule meetings with the sales team to present the quotes.

The ideal candidate should have a pleasing and positive personality and is able to convey this through email, chat and phone interactions with our current and prospective customers. They will be expected to learn about our services to answer questions and eventually resolve issues on their own.

We want someone who is a problem solver, resourceful, dependable, can work under pressure with little to no supervision, and goes above and beyond in handling issues. The candidate should be flexible, eager to learn, comfortable with change and working in a fast paced environment. A solid American English dialect for verbal communication with excellent communication skills via email and text are a must.

Responsibilities:

Reaching out to leads to gather information to complete insurance quotes
Entering the details in the system to generate the quote
Schedule a time for an agent to call them with the quote (if no one is currently available to live transfer the call)

Requirement:

Prior experience working for an insurance client with a core understanding on how personal lines insurance works is required. In your introductory message, please include how many years you worked working for an insurance client and explain the work that you had with them.
