Job Title: Sales Development Representative [SDR]
Description: Previous experience with cold calling and appointment setting is a requirement. SDR will cold call a qualified list of contacts in the Wisconsin area and identify the decision maker for IT services in their company. Inform the decision maker about our 5 service offerings in order to make an introduction meeting to see if we might be able to help them. Leads must be qualified by ensuring they have a need in one of the following areas.

Hours: 8am-5pm
Pay: $6-$10 plus commissions for qualified held meetings

– Quiet space to make calls
– CRM Platform: is the all-in-one platform that we use to find qualified leads, create call lists, dial contacts and nurture them using automated sequences leveraging a combination of phone calls, email and LinkedIn.
Training: Training is done over a 7 day period teaching you how to use Apollo and our call framework. This isn’t telemarketing or robotically reading a script leading to contacts hanging up on you or yelling in frustration. Extensive time will be spent on mock calls allowing you to refine your pitch so you will be ready to hit the phones and navigate objections with ease. Using our call framework we provide you with a variety of openers and pitches that help you to talk naturally and have great conversations with decision makers which lead booking appointments ASAP.
