We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to provide pre-sales support. This role entails conducting outbound sales activities and handling related inquiries with a primary focus on engaging and qualifying prospective customers. As one of the initial touchpoints for prospects, this role plays a pivotal role in setting the tone for subsequent stages of the sales cycle.

Responsibilities include:

Generating prospecting lists containing decision-makers from target accounts utilizing compliant and accurate contact data.
Securing outbound meetings via various channels such as cold calls, emails, social outreach, and networking with potential customers who fit our ideal profile.
Engaging and following up with prospects, including C-suite executives and Directors, who have expressed interest in our company’s products or services.
Managing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Delivering relevant marketing content to prospects to educate them about our offerings and value proposition.
Conducting research on prospects’ colleagues to identify additional stakeholders within their organizations.
Following up on existing contacts in our CRM system to uncover new potential needs and opportunities.
Leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, CRM tools, and sales intelligence to enhance sales processes and outcomes.
The ideal candidate possesses:

Demonstrated success in business development, leveraging core sales tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office.
The ability to effectively collaborate with a distributed sales team, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills.
A knack for understanding customer pain points, requirements, and correlating them to the value offered by our solutions.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, coupled with a professional demeanor.
The capacity to manage multiple requests and time demands concurrently while achieving production goals, particularly from machinery dealerships in the US.
A proactive approach, exhibiting a strong sense of urgency in reaching goals and delivering key outcomes.
