12-month CONTRACT WORK – REMOTE WORK, Flex time role
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our epic team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for prospecting and booking qualified leads through a multi-channel approach of phone, email, and social media, managing a pipeline of leads, and closing high-value sales deals. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Lead to strategize sales approach, developing your closing funnel, maintain effective communication about prospects, meeting times, closing strategies, and quality control of set calls booked. This role demands a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering exceptional results in a B2B sales environment. If you have 5+ years of sales experience, a passion for building relationship with clients, and a solid team player, we want to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Close sales deals by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our services to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure timely and effective communication.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop, implement and improve sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our services.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
• Achieve a monthly closed deal quota.
• Maintain a conversion rate of 20% from leads to closed sales.
• Client satisfaction score of 5 stars.
• All client interactions are captured in CRM
• Efficient with social media messaging especially LinkedIn
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, with proof
• Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• High level of motivation, drive, and ambition.
• Recorded video demonstration of past sales pitch or negotiation
• Can work mostly in EST Time zone with flexibility in working hours
• Open to learning new processes in sales
• Routine-driven
• Well-organized and able to maintain funnel that can be observed and understood by the Sales Lead
• Will comply to all sales, time and KPI tracking needed to improve sales performance
