Sales Development Representative

Sona is a B2B software platform for demand-generation marketers. Our dynamic team is growing, and we are seeking high-energy and creative individuals to generate qualified leads.
This role would involve researching and assembling target lists, building and scheduling personalized email campaigns and corresponding with leads to schedule meetings. You should have exceptional writing skills that can bring in responses.

Qualifications
• Track record of creating successful cold email campaigns and the ability to improve campaigns so they reach target goals
• Strong understanding of target audience segmentation, personalization, and target account/contact compilation
• Analytical mindset for interpreting email campaign performance data
• Demonstrate expertise in target audience segmentation for personalized campaigns
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with email sequencing platforms

Responsibilities
• Design and implement effective cold email campaigns targeting specific audiences
• Craft persuasive email copy to drive engagement and conversions
• Conduct thorough market research for customized email content
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align cold email strategies with overall objectives
• Analyze campaign metrics for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices
• Adapt to an expanding scope of work with successful project deliveries
• A/B Testing: Evaluating the campaigns and finding which angles convert the most leads
• Cold Email B2B Copywriting: Writing new angles and scripts to use in the campaigns
• This will be a fulltime position and work BPO hours

Training for the position will be provided.
