Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with clients, and closing sales to meet targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
-Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.

-Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
-Prepare and submit sales contracts and agreements accurately and in a timely manner.
-Meet sales quotas and goals as set by the sales manager or company leadership.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
-Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
-Excellent time management and organizational skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
-Willingness to travel as needed.
-Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple priorities effectively.
