Our team is expanding, and we’re in search of a dedicated sales professional to join our ranks and help us reach new heights.
Your Role:
• Utilize our internal calling system to reach out to businesses across the USA, particularly focusing on the New York state region as part of our Northeast Sales Division.
• Engage potential clients by inviting them to book demos/presentations, utilizing the scripts and data we provide to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Carry out online presentations, contact potential leads via email, phone, LinkedIn and other means
• Manage early stage of sales pipeline
• This is a permanent position with ample opportunities for advancement, including paths to account management, team leadership, and managerial roles.
• This role is only for people with experience in high volume SDR, it is not suitable for people without experience and at least 2 reference available
Work Hours:
• 8 hours daily
Compensation:
• Competitive hourly base rate: PHP280 – PHP450.
• Attractive commission structure that can double/triple your hourly rate effectively based on performance
• Generous quarterly bonuses: PHP50,000 – PHP150,000 (OTE).
• 13th Month salary bonus at the year’s end.
• Additional performance bonuses available
• Paid training
