Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Representative to handle communication and lead nurture for inbound leads. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for building personal connections with potential clients looking to acquire vacant land. You must be personable, curious, driven, and communicative with experience dealing with real estate details, preferably vacant land. A working knowledge of real estate websites and familiarity with real estate terms is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound leads via chat, SMS, email, and occasional voice calls in a timely and professional manner with a personal approach
Nurture leads by providing accurate and complete information about our vacant lot acquisition services, tailoring the information to the individual client’s needs
Address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise, always looking for the best solution for the client
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by actively listening and being empathetic
Identify and report trends in client requests or complaints to management
Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions
Proactively anticipate client needs and address them before they are asked
Exhibit a high degree of attention to detail when responding to inquiries
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
At least 2 years of sales or business development experience
At least 1 year of experience dealing with real estate details, preferably vacant land
Real Estate comparables
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Familiarity with real estate websites and terms
Fluent in English
Proactive and detail-oriented
Persistent and independently motivated
Schedule:
10:00am CST to 6:00pm CST
