We are an IT and Outsourcing Services company for 27 years. As a forward-thinking company, we are seeking a talented Sales and Business Development Specialist to drive our business growth. Weekly Hours: In the beginning it will be 17 – 20 hours per week, and will increase over time. The shift will depend on either 8:00 AM-12:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time Zone. Will depend later on the flexibility.
Estimated Start: Starting within the next 2 weeks. Probation period is three (3) months.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Sales Effectiveness: Provide proof of success in sales, demonstrating your ability to drive results.
• Business Development: Utilize your skills to identify and develop new business opportunities. Building customer relations and prospecting.
• Cold Email: Compose effective cold email marketing messages that capture attention and generate leads.
• Cold Calling: Conduct cold calling to engage prospective clients, introducing our services and generating interest.
• Call Scripts: Develop compelling and efficient call scripts to engage potential clients.
• Lead Generation: Conduct research and lead generation tasks to identify prospective clients.
• Flexibility: Adapt to changing schedules and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Tech Savvy: Utilize various technology tools to streamline sales and marketing processes.
• Email Management: Handling and responding to emails, sorting and prioritizing messages, and flagging important correspondence for their attention.
SKILLS A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE HAS:
• Proven track record in sales and business development.
• Strong business development skills.
• Experience in composing effective cold emails, call scripts, and conducting cold calls.
• Excellent comprehension in both verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to research and generate leads effectively.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and priorities.
• Is thorough and pays attention to detail
• Organizational Skills: Keeping track of appointments, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars are crucial responsibilities
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with digital tools and platforms such as email, scheduling software (i.e. Calendly, Zoom Scheduler), project management tools, and video conferencing platforms (i.e. Zoom, Microsoft Teams) is essential.
• Taking initiative and being proactive in managing tasks and responsibilities without constant supervision is valuable.
• Nice to have: Content Writing, and light Photo and Video Editing skills
