Localbird, an early stage startup, is seeking a Partnerships Associate to support the development and implementation of our partnerships strategy. Localbird is a virtual concierge for vacation rentals that connects travelers with experiences and services through a curated network of local vendors. As a Partnerships Associate Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop skills in business development, sales, and account management. You will work closely with our partnerships team to identify and onboard new partners, manage existing relationships, and support partnership initiatives.

**Responsibilities:**

– Conduct research and identify potential partners.
– Assist with outreach and communication to potential partners, and facilitate the onboarding process.
– Manage and maintain relationships with existing partners, and serve as the main point of contact for partnership inquiries and requests.
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute partnership initiatives that drive business growth.
– Support the development of partnership marketing materials, including case studies, collateral, and presentations.
– Conduct analysis and reporting on partnership performance, and use insights to optimize partnership strategy.

**Qualifications:**

– EXPERIENCE and Strong interest in business development, sales, and partnerships.
– Experience and passion for the travel and Hospitality industry.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor and ability to build strong relationships.
– Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
– Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
– Comfortable with data analysis and able to use insights to drive decision-making.
– Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
