Working Hours: Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Salary: $400 US per month base pay + $5 per appointment set

We are a dynamic and growth-oriented company specializing in consulting for solopreneurs to help them scale their business.

We are dedicated to empowering our team and clients with knowledge, systems, and accountability to help them grow. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative with experience in Sell By Chat to be a vital part of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with potential clients who have expressed interest in our services, known as handraisers.
2. Utilize email, social media, and SMS to nurture leads and maintain a consistent brand message.
3. Schedule appointments for potential clients to speak with a closer, ensuring a smooth handoff.
4. Keep accurate records of interactions with leads in the CRM system.
5. Meet and exceed appointment setting and conversion targets.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize customer engagement strategies.
7. Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest sales techniques and company offerings.

Qualifications:
1. Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong telephone presence.
3. Persuasiveness: Ability to persuade and qualify leads effectively.
4. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems.
5. Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Goal-Oriented: A driven and performance-focused mindset.
7. Must be available to work from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST.
8. Must have a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
