Sales Development Representative (SDR)

???? Responsibilities:
– Actively source, qualify, and prospect leads to identify potential business opportunities.
– Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling and emailing to identify new opportunities and add leads into the sales funnel.
– Schedule qualified appointments directly on the relevant stakeholders’ calendars.
– Diligently follow up with leads to ensure lead qualification and appointment setting.
– Understand customer needs and requirements to appropriately pitch the company’s products/services.
– Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system, keeping track of all interactions, leads, and status updates.
– Collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams to achieve set objectives and targets.
– Strive to exceed individual and team quotas and goals regularly.

???? Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Representative, or similar role.
– Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively.
– Proficiency in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong phone presence and experience in making dozens of calls per day.
– Experience working with CRM systems and practices.
– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
– Familiarity with digital and physical product sales is a plus.

???? Preferred Skills:
– Experience with lead generation and prospect handling.
– Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
– Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
