Position Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with , your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads by making outbound sales calls to convenience stores, liquor stores, and gas stations and field incoming leads from our website, brokers, and distributors. Your objective is to identify potential customers, understand their needs, and create opportunities for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, creativity, and a strong sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Conduct outbound sales calls to convenience stores, liquor stores, and gas stations to identify potential customers and generate leads.
Qualification: Engage in conversations with prospects to determine their needs, evaluate their interest and budget, and qualify them as potential opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Acquire an understanding of the services offered by Lula to communicate our value proposition to potential customers effectively.
Pipeline Management: Accurately document and update lead information, interactions, and progress in HubSpot (CRM) to effectively track and manage your sales pipeline.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities, provide feedback on market trends, and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Targets and Reporting: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and qualification. Provide regular reports and updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects, build rapport, and deliver compelling sales pitches. Excellent use of writing and speaking English is required
Persistence: Ability to handle objections, navigate gatekeepers, and maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection.
Self-Motivation: Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the convenience store, liquor store, or gas station industry is a plus
CRM Proficiency: Experience with HubSpot (CRM) systems for lead tracking and management.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in documenting lead information and maintaining accurate records.
Availability: Able to work in North American time zones
