About Us

We are a cleaning company based in the U.S., providing top-notch residential and commercial cleaning services. We are looking to expand our team by hiring a dedicated and skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR).

Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in finding and vetting good prospects, setting up in-person appointments for commercial jobs, and scheduling phone calls for residential accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting outbound emails, texts, and phone calls to potential clients.
• Managing inbound prospecting through our sales funnels on Facebook, Yelp, and Google Ads.
• Ensuring high communication standards and providing excellent customer service.
• Coordinating with the sales team to transition qualified leads.
• Maintaining detailed records of communications and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Proven ability to conduct outbound and inbound prospecting.
• Experience managing and optimizing sales funnels.
• willing to work during normal US working hours 9-5
