Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a key player in our sales team, responsible for generating new business by qualifying leads and building sales opportunities. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to begin or advance their career in sales, offering extensive training and opportunities for progression.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through strategic methods including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Qualifying Leads: Evaluate the potential of leads to determine the viability of prospects, using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or similar qualification frameworks.
Initial Contact and Follow-up: Make the first contact with potential clients and maintain persistent communication to move leads through the sales pipeline.
Scheduling Appointments: Arrange meetings between qualified leads and our sales executives.
CRM Management: Efficiently manage all interactions and information through our CRM system, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation and outreach strategies.
Meeting Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for qualified opportunities and closed business.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed strategic goals in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized and strong time management skills.
No prior industry experience required; however, experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software is preferred.
