Position Overview: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a crucial role in driving our company’s growth by generating high-quality leads and scheduling appointments with potential clients. The primary focus will be on outbound prospecting efforts, utilizing tools such as and conducting outbound calling to identify and engage with decision-makers in target businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Utilize and other prospecting tools to research and identify potential leads within target industries and geographic areas.
Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement, to initiate contact with key decision-makers.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize prospects with the highest potential for conversion.
Appointment Setting:
Engage in consultative conversations with prospects to understand their cleaning needs and challenges.
Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team with decision-makers to further explore our services and solutions.
Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Generate regular reports on key metrics, such as lead conversion rates, appointment set rates, and pipeline status, to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless lead handoff process.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of success in lead generation, outbound prospecting, and appointment setting.
Proficiency in using or similar prospecting tools for lead research and outreach.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with prospects effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.

Apollo sequence execution using email, linkedin and outbound phone calls
Excellent english with soft accent
