Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Contract: Full-time (160 hours monthly)
Business Hours : Monday-Friday from 9 AM PST- 5 PM EST
Rate:
– Base Salary Range of $1,500-$1,800 USD monthly
+ $50 commission per closed sale

What you’ll do

The company is seeking an experienced SDR to play a pivotal role in expanding their business and continuing their legacy of excellence. The successful candidate will drive the growth of their client base through strategic lead generation, engaging sales techniques, and innovative marketing initiatives. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through Convex, market research and manual outreach. You will maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and ensure accurate documentation of sales efforts. Experience and innovative ideas in lead generation are crucial for success in this role.
– Sales Development: Convert leads into warm prospects through persuasive communication and tailored proposals
– Document client communications and hand over to the leadership team for closing the sale.
– KPI & SOP Development: Develop structured KPIs and SOPs for the Sales Team. Target 100 calls per week in the first 30 days, increasing to 150 calls by day 60 and 200 calls by day 90, with flexibility based on business learnings and client needs.
– Client Relationship Management: Foster lasting client relationships through exceptional service, open communication, and identifying upselling opportunities. Understand and address client feedback to refine services.
– Assist with Marketing Strategy & Ads: Drawing upon your client interactions, you’ll contribute to brainstorming innovative marketing strategies. You will collaborate with the Marketing Team to create compelling content, Google Ads, promotions, and campaigns that enhance brand awareness and resonate with target audiences. Leveraging your Google Ads experience, you will assist with effectively managing ad campaigns and gathering performance data.
– Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Utilize this knowledge to refine sales strategies and ensure the company emains at the forefront of the industry.
– Monthly Reporting: Share monthly reports on leads generated, warm leads, closed sales, challenges, accomplishments, website engagement, Google Ad engagement and any other key client analytics.

What you should have

– 5+ years of work experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Development Rep, Client Services Specialist, or similar role
– Must have experience in Outbound Sales, including lead generation and cold calling
– Experience with B2B Marketing Strategies is a plus
– Must have remote working experience (within the U.S., CAN, or E.U. is a strong plus!)
– Excellent MS Office or Google Workspace knowledge
– Experience utilizing lead generation platforms and tools for data extraction and information sourcing (Experience using Convex is a PLUS!)
– Experience with project management and collaboration platforms to facilitate task and project tracking (Experience using is a PLUS!)
– Familiarity with Google Analytics to analyze website performance and generate insights.
– Competence in Google Ads to effectively manage online advertising campaigns.
– Experience in phone, email, and calendar management
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Excellent command of written and spoken English (grammar, syntax, and spelling)
– Neutral North American Accent is a plus
