Sales Development Representative Virtual Assistant Description
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to work on setting appointments for our US client with a Cleaning Business. Duties of the SDR include setting and meeting the KPIs, hitting daily targets of outbound sales calls, taking inbound sales calls, following up with leads that didn’t close, uphold a consistent close rate, monitoring and tracking sales metrics, and participating in sales training. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like Google Excel and the client’s CRM. Ultimately, a successful SDR will ensure an increase in the growth of the business by setting appointments and closing sales for the Cleaning Business.

Requirements
– Hits target of outbound calls daily
– Comfortable appointment setting
– Fluent in English
– Communicate in a clear and articulate manner
– Possess an empathetic yet confident demeanor over the phone
– Experienced in overcoming obstacles with the gatekeeper
– Experienced in overcoming obstacles before they become objections
– Answer inbound calls and emails
– Offer the products and services to the interested leads
– Handle customer inquiries on all communication platforms used by the business
– Assist in scheduling appointments/site visits
– Ability to write clear and concise emails to prevent confusion
– Be the first point of contact for clients you’re cold calling
– Updating client information, processing orders over the phone, etc.
– Ability to work alongside different departments
– Willingness to be assigned to other administrative tasks
– Manage leads as they come in
– Maintain and manage records and other business and/or client information

Benefits
Hourly: ($5 – $6.25/hour) + commission based on set appointments and closes

Technical Requirements
– Dedicated workstation at home
– 30 MBPS minimum Internet connection
– Backup device and Internet in times of power outages
