Job Description

Home Health Leaders, an online home health therapy education and coaching business, is looking to hire a highly motivated SDR/appointment setter.

Position Overview:

As an SDR for Home Health Leaders you will play a crucial role in identifying, prospecting, qualifying, and engaging potential clients, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with the company’s founder and be part of a quickly growing online education company in the healthcare sector.

As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, booking appointments, and setting up sales closers for success. The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Communication will primarily be through Instagram DM, SMS, and FB messenger.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct outbound prospecting, including cold outreach and reaching out to warm opt-in leads and new Instagram followers.

– Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through strategic outreach efforts..

– Initiate 20 – 50 new conversations per day to ensure a robust pipeline.

– Collaborate with the founder to give feedback and provide valuable insights.

– Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.

– Utilize CRM software to track and manage lead interactions and sales activities.

– Schedule appointments for closer and follow up on leads

– Follow up with scheduled prospects to ensure they show up

– Report daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly to the founder

Qualifications:

– Two or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets

– Strong written communication skills via Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, and email.

– Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

– Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.

– Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

– Must work Pacific Time Zone

Compensation:

– Base + commissions for expected earnings $1,000 – $1,600 depending on performance
