We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Part-Time Cold Calling Specialist to join our team for 3 hours a day. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients or customers with the aim of generating leads, setting appointments, and selling our services. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, build relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to a list of potential leads or prospects provided by the company.
Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate their value to prospects.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, capturing essential information and interest levels.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team when applicable.
Sales Pitch: Deliver a compelling and tailored sales pitch to prospects, emphasizing the benefits and solutions offered by our products or services.
Relationship Building: Build rapport with prospects to establish trust and credibility, addressing their questions and concerns.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and conversion rates to management.
Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications:

Previous Cold Calling Experience: Prior experience in cold calling or telemarketing is preferred.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients effectively.
Persistence: A resilient and persistent mindset to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude during calls.
Goal-oriented: Driven by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and make the most of the 3-hour work window.
CRM Familiarity: Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus (GoHighLevel)
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing scripts, strategies, and market conditions.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with a fixed 3-hour daily schedule. The specific hours can be determined based on the company’s needs and the employee’s availability.
