Job Description:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Sizzle Digital, you’ll play a crucial role in our growth strategy by identifying and qualifying potential clients interested in our digital marketing services. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to small businesses via phone and inbound calls, engaging them in meaningful conversations about their marketing needs and scheduling quick calls (appointments) with our experts.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and book appointments with small businesses.
– Research and identify potential clients through online platforms and databases.
– Engage prospects via phone and inbound calls to understand their marketing challenges and needs.
– Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for our digital marketing experts.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation strategies.
– Meet weekly quota for booked appointments to contribute to team goals.
– Answer inbound calls and ensure prompt booking of quick call appointments.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly.
– Strong phone presence and confidence in making cold calls to potential clients.
– Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving growth.
– Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
