Type: Full-Time

Salary: $1,200 per month + commission of $200 to $400 per sale, depending on the plan sold.

Commission:
On Target Earning (OTE) / month of $3000 per month, including a base of $1200 + $1800 in commissions (4 Premier Plans and 1 Standard Plan or any combination of the two). Additional incentives/commissions are also available.

English Proficiency: Level 10 (Native)

Sobo integrates with a company’s existing cloud-based financial, HR, and CRM applications to build a data profile of the business.?We use this data profile to populate a dashboard that provides key metrics and peer benchmarking for company management.?This data is also available on an anonymous basis to our vetted network of consultants to perform a brief assessment and recommendation, which we term “Insights”. These Insights can be at the request of the company or done proactively by the consultant.

What You’ll Do
-Prospect for new clients through a high volume of client touchpoints to effectively grow Sobo’s book of business, this includes making 50-100 cold calls a day
-Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process via multiple methods including cold calling, email messaging, and other sales techniques
-Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the client
-Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
-Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
-Develop meaningful relationships with prospective clients to encourage trust and loyalty
-Utilize Hub Spot CRM to document daily activity.

Inside Sales Representative applicants should have impressive presentation skills, as they regularly provide product demonstrations to potential clients virtually to small and medium-sized businesses owners. Effective research abilities are also ideal for candidates to have, as they must research potential clients to better understand their needs and preferences to display the product in a way that appeals directly to the business owner.

Qualifications
-Qualifications
1) 2+ years of B2B sales experience in industries such as technology, IT, professional services, or consulting services
2) 1+ year in B2B SaaS (software as a service) Subscription sales is HIGHLY PREFERREDe
3) Experience interacting with people, for example: community involvement, networking groups, local chamber of commerce, sales and public speaking
4) Comfortable working on the phone with various business owners
5) Strong interpersonal skills, very detailed, strong organizational and time management skills, ambitious, outgoing, persuasive, influential, and tech savvy
5) Eager to learn, coachable and an outgoing personality
