About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career and significantly impact our business.

Qualifications:
> At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
> Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
> Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle all interactions with internal
and external clients with professionalism

> Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
> Outgoing, build rapport, and establish relationships.

Responsibilities:
> Conduct outreach to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
> Research and identify prospects to understand their needs and tailor outreach strategies effectively.
> Generate interest in our products/services and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
> Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
> Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation strategies.
> Maintain accurate records of lead interactions.
