Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Lead

As a SDR Team Lead, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for managing and overseeing the entire leads conversion process. You are the bridge between the marketing and sales team and provide crucial support by qualifying and converting leads over to the sales team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SDR Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who has over 5 years of experience as an SDR with some management experience. They are familiar with the US insurance industry and have worked with companies in that region before. This individual should be driven, understands the importance of KPIs and is looking to grow a team of talented SDRs while maintaining their own roaster of work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Overseeing the building, training and management of an SDR team
– Handling both Outbound and inbound customer calls
– Setting appointments between Brokerages and our Sales Team
– Promoting products and services such as upcoming webinars
– Delivering quality customer service but listening and gauging the brokerages’ needs
– Developing and maintaining customer relationships while qualifying the lead
– Tracking and updating data within Zoho CRM on client profiles
– Communicating with all levels of the organization
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Excellent English both Oral & Written – at a C1 level minimum
– At least 5 years experience in an SDR role
– Experience working within a CRM, Zoho CRM preferred
– Able to work 10-6 EST time
– Great home office set-up that should be free from noise. Your computer should have a camera and RAM of at least 8GB. Internet Speed of at least 20 Mbps and USB-type of headset
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Exposure to the US insurance industry
– 2 years of management experience with remote teams
How will I be paid?
– paid bi-weekly through our payroll system
– starting pay is 55,00 PHP monthly for 40 hour work weeks
