We are currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative/Sales Specialist to support our client’s sales department. The role primarily involves cold calling, lead generation, and following up with potential clients, with a focus on generating warm leads to pass on to our clients for deal closing.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with substantial experience in the Telecom industry, skilled at establishing and nurturing client relationships, and capable of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting data entry and analysis.
Engaging in cold outreach and prospecting.
Assisting with CRM and sales funnel set-up and management.
Generating and nurturing leads.
Providing administrative support.
Managing calendars and arranging bookings.
Conducting market research.

Skills and Competencies:

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Business Development Specialist, Account Executive, or similar role.
Previous experience in a lead generation role, outbound sales, or appointment setting.
Excellent customer service skills.
Impressive communication skills, both verbal and written.
Extensive experience with various sales techniques and a proven record of achieving sales quotas.
Hands-on experience with Sales CRM software like Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Sound understanding of sales performance metrics.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations.
Solid leadership skills.

Additional Information:

Permanent work-from-home, remote role offer
Starts part-time, 5-10 hours per week to test out the campaign with the possibility of more hours
Must be available to work starting at 8:00 am EST onward (night shift/ 8:00 pm PH)
Must have complete home equipment setup (desktop/laptop, headset, internet connection and webcam)
Has home internet speed of at least 20 Mbps
