Description/Information:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team at Baton. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities by collaborating with our Marketing and Sales teams. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, possess strong organizational and time management skills, and have a passion for delivering results.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify new prospects and potential clients
Reach out to prospects via email, phone, social media, and other channels to introduce Baton’s services
Qualify leads and schedule meetings with prospects for our Sales team
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Baton’s products and services
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to create and implement targeted outreach campaigns
Utilize Hubspot CRM to manage and track leads and opportunities
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets and objectives
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role
Proven track record of generating leads and qualifying prospects
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of Hubspot or other CRM systems is a plus
Experience in the pest control or home services industry is a plus
