As an SDR – Rockstar Agent at Telework PH, you will be responsible for turning contacts into valuable leads, reaching decision-makers, and setting high-value appointments. This role is pivotal in our sales process and requires a dynamic and energetic individual who can meet and exceed daily and weekly goals.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
– Outbound cold calling and SMS outreach
– Building and continuously updating lead lists
– Engaging in conversations to warm up potential clients
– Reaching decision-makers to secure appointments
– Meeting and exceeding set goals and metrics
– Compiling training materials and helping build out the sales development team (goal of 5 members)
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
– A degree in HR Management (graduate or undergraduate) or equivalent knowledge of hotel operations and front desk/room service processes
– Impeccable written and oral English skills with little to no detectable accent
– Experience in LinkedIn and lead generation
– Proficiency in outbound calling and messaging
– Familiarity with Salesforce (a huge plus)
– Strong leadership qualities and a resilient character
– Energetic and enthusiastic
– Professional and quiet work-from-home setup (must pass the technical requirements below)
