PeopleGig is in search of a Sales Development Specialist who is responsible for providing
comprehensive support to the Sales team in a remote work set-up. This dynamic position
requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a
high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
You will be responsible for the following:
? Effectively articulate the Partner Client’s value proposition via phone or email
communication
? Continuously prospect for new customers through cold calling and other lead
generation efforts as assigned
? Develop and maintain a list of top prospects and activities using CRM data and other
resources to identify and prioritise opportunities
? Develop a pipeline of quality business opportunities for the AE Sales Team
? Maintain accurate records of all Lead and Prospecting activities, including but not
limited to, sales calls, appointments, and follow-up activity within the assigned
territory HubSpot CRM
About You
? You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B inside sales
? You have strong ability to communicate and build interpersonal relationship with
American, British and Australian customers
? You have the grit to be able to fulfil volume outbound cold calls daily and achieving
quota and KPIs
? You have the ability to learn quickly
? You have the ability to demonstrate complex software, convey value, and close
business deals
? You have the passion to Sales and has high-energy and willingnes to learn
? You have technical proficiency using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot CRM
