S.R. Pro is looking for a Sales Development Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will have an important role in connecting with as many leads as possible and moving them through the sales pipeline.
You will be responsible for the company’s marketing communication activities with the goal of establishing and improving competitive positioning in the market to support sales lead generation. You will help identify prospective clients, develop sales proposals, and contact them to introduce the company’s products or services. This role starts as part-time and will lead to full-time, and the workload will increase with strong performance.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or Marketing
• 2+ years of work experience in Business Development, Sales Development Rep, or a similar role
• Excellent in written and oral English
• Have a record of success in cold calling, qualifying leads, and closing sales
• Ability to establish rapport with potential and existing clients
• Proficient at conducting market research
• Strong presentation capabilities and ability to convey ideas in a concise manner
• Excellent conversational skills
• Works independently, as well as part of a team
Excellent Skills to Have:
Knowledge of using sales and marketing automation tools, such as Marketo, Salesforce, and HubSpot
Salary: 30,000 to 40,000 + BONUSES based on success
