Job Description

Phase Multimedia is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Dialer with a background in working with marketing agencies to join our team on an hourly basis, paid on a net 30 basis. The Sales Dialer will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by conducting outbound sales calls to marketing agencies and qualifying potential leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role within the marketing industry.

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct outbound sales calls to marketing agencies to introduce Phase Multimedia’s services and identify potential business opportunities.
2. Utilize sales scripts and talking points to effectively communicate the value proposition of Phase Multimedia and generate interest in our services.
3. Qualify leads by assessing their needs, challenges, and objectives, and determine the potential fit for Phase Multimedia’s solutions.
4. Collect and document relevant information from each call, including contact details, decision-maker information, and key insights gathered during the conversation.
5. Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on outreach tactics, refine messaging, and optimize the sales process for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outbound calls, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
8. Stay informed about Phase Multimedia’s products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospects and address their needs.
9. Provide regular updates on call activity, lead status, and performance metrics to management, including call logs, progress reports, and pipeline updates.

Requirements :

1. Proven experience in a sales dialer or outbound sales role, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the marketing industry.
2. Strong sales aptitude and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects, build rapport, and convey value propositions effectively over the phone.
3. Experience working with marketing agencies and a solid understanding of their needs, pain points, and challenges.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve daily call quotas and meet performance targets.
5. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools for call management, lead tracking, and reporting.
6. Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering high-quality leads to the sales team.
7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document call information and maintain up-to-date records.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
