ROLE OVERVIEW
This role is intended to support 2SAN’s Sales and Admin Team to implement new digital assets and processes within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. As a Sales and Admin Support, this role is responsible for implementation of the new D365 system, by digitizing existing and new processes to create a functional CRM system to be used by the sales team.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the digital transformation, assisted by leaders in the business, of the Microsoft based Customer Relationship Management technologies. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who has experience with integrating technology to increase the accuracy of the data from which 2San makes market leading decisions. This person will need an eye of the strategic plan as well as be able to build the tooling to make it happen, working with various teams at all levels around the business
This role will be highly visible and will play a core part of the long-term strategy of 2San
Experience of Business Central, Pipedrive and other Microsoft products is essential as is good Excel skills
Experience of driving business change in previous roles is also necessary
Pipedrive system management and updating the system
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Technical Expertise
A relevant bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional qualification.
Extensive Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM including set-up and programming of this tool across several regions.
AND
Experience within a fast-paced and high energy environment
An aptitude for executing business improvement initiatives.
Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Experience in a global business environment
Experience in a start-up environment.
