Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing services. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and grow our agency’s client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the client base.
Identify new market opportunities and create plans to capitalize on them.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Client Acquisition:

Generate and qualify leads through various channels including networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
Sales Operations:

Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities and results.
Implement and optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
Client Retention:

Work closely with the client success team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing satisfaction of new clients.
Develop strategies to increase client retention and loyalty.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar role in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including PPC, SEO, social media marketing, and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
