About Us:
We are a dynamic and growing cleaning services company looking to expand our reach through innovative and grassroots lead generation strategies. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to oversee and implement our lead generation process, manage a team of virtual assistants (VAs), and provide comprehensive reporting on the progress and effectiveness of our strategies.

Responsibilities:
– Team Management:
– Recruit, train, and manage a team of VAs focused on lead generation and social media engagement.
– Assign tasks and monitor the performance of the team.
– Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing support and guidance.

– Lead Generation Strategy Implementation:
– Develop and execute grassroots lead generation strategies to engage with local communities across various online platforms.
– Oversee the creation and distribution of content across social media, community forums, and local groups.
– Ensure the team actively participates in local discussions, providing value and building relationships without overly promoting services.

– Community Engagement:
– Join and engage in relevant local community groups on Facebook, Reddit, Nextdoor, and other forums.
– Provide helpful advice, answer questions, and share useful resources to establish the company as a trusted community member.

– Social Media Management:
– Manage and oversee multiple social media accounts for different localities.
– Ensure regular posting of engaging content, including cleaning tips, promotions, and customer testimonials.
– Track and respond to interactions on social media to build a positive online presence.

– Email Campaigns and Outreach:
– Coordinate email campaigns targeting existing and potential clients.
– Develop personalized email templates and follow-up sequences to nurture leads.

– Reporting and Analysis:
– Track and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation strategies.
– Provide regular reports on key performance metrics, including engagement rates, lead conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
– Use data to refine and improve lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in sales and lead generation, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in using CRM systems, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
– Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative lead generation strategies.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
