RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Management
Lead Follow up
Build Rapport
Close Deals
Run Daily Sales Meeting
Motivate Team Members
Weekly One on One Training with Team Members
Reporting on team performance daily, weekly, monthly, & quarterly

Make 100+ Outbound Calls/ Day
Send Contracts for Signature
Submit Potential Deals for Underwriting
Negotiate With Sellers

Basic Knowledge in Real Estate.
Basic Knowledge in Building Rapport.
Basic Knowledge in Customer Service.
