Job Description:
Ping Marketing is a rapidly growing lead generation and virtual BPO company specializing in home internet sales for internet service providers in the United States. We are seeking talented and motivated Filipino Independent Contractors to join our team as Sales Enablement Representatives. As a Sales Enablement Agent, you will play a crucial role in connecting with prospects generated from our marketing platforms, verifying their interest in our client’s services, and transferring qualified “Hot Leads” to “live” sales agents for further engagement.
Responsibilities:
– Engage with prospects through inbound and outbound activities, such as phone calls, emails, and live chat, to establish contact with prospects generated from our marketing platforms.
– Engage prospects in a professional and persuasive manner, showcasing the value and benefits of our client’s company.
– Effectively communicate with prospects, addressing any questions or concerns about the company and its reputation.
– Validate the interest and qualification of prospects by assessing their location information and their eagerness to subscribe for services.
– Collaborate with sales agents to ensure a seamless transfer of “hot leads” through live calls.
– Maintain accurate and detailed records of prospect interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.
– Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques to maximize conversion rates and achieve sales targets.
– Use active listening and effective communication techniques to build rapport and create a positive customer experience.
– Identify and document qualified leads (“hot leads”) based on predetermined criteria and guidelines.
– Follow defined processes and scripts to ensure consistency and quality in lead qualification and transfer.
– Collaborate with the sales team and maintain open communication to provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement.
Requirements/Qualifications:
– Previous experience in sales, preferably in a telesales or call center environment.
– Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and customer-centric approach.
– Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
– Strong phone presence and the ability to build rapport with prospects quickly.
– Resilience and persistence to handle objections and rejections effectively.
– Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
– Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
– Filipino nationality or Ex-Patriot located in the Philippines.
– Flexible schedule with the availability to work during US business hours (Eastern Time).
Technical Requirements
– Must own a laptop or Desktop Computer (PC)
– Laptop or desktop computer with a Core i5/i7 or AMD Ryzen 5/2500u
– Two (2) monitors or screens (minimum), Three (3) monitors or screens (preferred) or equivalent (i.e., curved screen or large segmented screen capability)
– High-quality noise-canceling microphone (i.e., Blue Snowball Ice – black or white)
– HD Webcam
– 8-16GB of RAM minimum
– Windows OS preferred
– 4G modem backup (i.e., Globe or Smart)
– Battery/power backup with a minimum of four (4) hours of available use, laptop/desktop, 4G modem
