Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with chat software, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools.
Typing Speed: At least 55 words per minute for efficient chat management.
Reliability: Strong time management skills and dependability.
High Emotional Intelligence: Ability to interact positively with clients, managing emotions and understanding others.
Stable Internet Connection: A fast and reliable internet connection (minimum Ping 20 ms) to ensure smooth client interactions.
