Job Description

We require an excellent customer support specialist for our eCommerce store. We need someone who has excellent communication skills. NO ACCENT. FLUENT IN ENGLISH.

We pay every month. YOU MUST BE OKAY WITH MONTHLY PAYMENT.

Responsibilities:
Talk to our partners and supplier on a daily basis, prepare invoices, and trace orders.
Customer Support mostly via pre-defined templates, help customers locate their orders and deal with problem situations step by step as instructed.
Manage inventory in , and locate better product options.
Submit orders for shipping and once shipped enter tracking numbers in related stores.
VA needs to be skilled in Customer Support, because we are in Mystery products niche, which means that often customers will get different items from what they wanted to receive in their Mystery Box and they will bombard us saying nasty things and we need to stay professional and help them to come to an acceptable solution, so they wouldn’t start a chargeback and steal our money back.
In case of chargebacks, VA needs to respond to them, so we would submit good enough evidence and not lose the dispute, this needs to be done in timely manner.

Daily tasks:
VA would ask my US partner Daym for daily screenshot of the companies bank account and make an invoice for him.
Check Customer Support questions, come up with best solutions to the situation and reply to customers, so they are happy. We are not getting much emails lately and we plan to automatize even more, so there are maybe 5 messages per day. We had periods when we had 30+ messages per day, but hopefully, this will keep decreasing even though our business is expanding.
VA needs to speak with our supplier to find missing orders, check inventory to know we are not running out of anything,
Rest of time is spent on research or new Shopify store/product development.
I actually dont enjoy doing calls, so probably some assistance with calls would also be necessary or at least scheduling them so I dont forget to attend and I will say that I have ADHD and its hard for me to remember to do them without getting bombarded with reminders.

Requirements:
Shopify experience, Customer Support experience, great English, great working ethic that prioritizes results instead of just spending time with little results and needs to have great organizational skills and must be able to fast adapt to new projects/tasks as we launch more and more stores and products
