We are currently seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Sales Engineer & CRM Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) systems, lead management processes, and sales outreach strategies. The ideal candidate is someone with a proven track record in CRM management, lead generation, and data organization.
Key Responsibilities:
– CRM Management: Utilize and manage CRM systems, primarily Salesforce, to ensure effective lead tracking, data organization, and reporting.
– Lead Management: Strategically prioritize and organize leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective lead nurturing.
– Sales Systems Expertise: Maintain and optimize our CRM and sales systems to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
– Data Analysis: Analyze data to provide insights into lead quality, conversion rates, and sales team performance.
– Sales Outreach: Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted outreach lists and provide regular updates on lead progress.
– Transition to Salesforce: Assist in transitioning our operations from HubSpot to Salesforce, ensuring a smooth migration.
– Email Campaigns: Contribute to email campaign strategies, data segmentation, and execution to support marketing efforts.
– Technical Support: Act as the go-to technical resource for the sales and marketing teams regarding CRM and related systems.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in CRM management, preferably with Salesforce.
– Must have experience sorting and qualifying leads, creating lead lists, and sorting data.
– Must be able to analyze data and assist with business decisions.
– Strong knowledge of lead management best practices.
– Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
– Exceptional organizational and data management skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– Experience with email marketing campaigns is a plus.
– Prior remote work experience is preferred.
