**Job Title: Sales Executive – Sterile Processing Education Program**

2. **Educational Consultation:** Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective students to understand their career goals, educational needs, and how our sterile processing program can benefit them.

3. **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about our sterile processing education program, including curriculum details, admission requirements, and career prospects. Effectively communicate this information to potential students.

5. **Relationship Building:** Establish and nurture relationships with potential students to guide them through the enrollment process. Address any concerns or questions they may have.

6. **Sales Presentations:** Deliver compelling presentations about the benefits of our education program, addressing the unique needs of each prospective student.

7. **Collaboration:** Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition for enrolled students. Collaborate with marketing to align sales efforts with overall marketing strategies.

8. **Targets and Reporting:** Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. Provide regular reports on sales activities, conversions, and pipeline progress.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience in B2C sales
– Excellent cold calling and communication skills.
– Understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically sterile processing, is a plus.
– Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential students.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
