Sales Executive

**Salary:**
– Starting at $5 USD per hour

We are Gregory and Kayla, co-founders of Growwise Agency.

We are looking for a HIGHLY competent **Sales Executive** to help us with a variety of tasks which include, but are not limited to:

– Account Relationship Management – Handle over 10 customers and ensure a 90% satisfaction
– Lead Qualification and Conversion – Come up with leads and have a 60% conversion rate

– Upselling and Maximizing Revenue – to ensure each client has a 10% growth in revenue per year
– Sales Acumen – Reach at least 80% of set quota month per month
– Cross-Functional Collaboration – Attend Meetings, Create presentations and etc

Requirements:

– At least 3 years of remote sales experience growing a book of business and client portfolio.
– A strong drive for sales and commission and a track record of over-achieving quotas.
– Strong phone presence and experience making numerous calls per day.
– Experience using a CRM (Hubspot & Notion preferably).
– Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
– Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
– Strong listening and presentation skills
– A BA/BS degree or equivalent (Extensive work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
– 30-60 min meetings, 3-5 times per week, sometime between 09:00-17:00 Pacific Time
– A Verified Payoneer account / or ability to set one up (no Payoneer, no pay)
