We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing online retail company. In this role, you will play a key part in our success by driving sales through
various online channels.

Responsibilities:
1. Prospect for new customers through lead generation, cold calling, and social media outreach.
2. Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, and recommend our products that fit their needs.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service by providing clear product information and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
4. Negotiate and close sales deals.
5. Process online orders and ensure accurate customer information by entering datas to our CRM (Hubspot).
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and our company’s product offerings.
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
8. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, fostering a strong team environment.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in an online retail setting.
2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
5. Proficient in using a CRM system.
6. A passion for online retail and understanding of e-commerce best practices.
7. A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
Compensation & Benefits:
1. Salary ranges from $600-1,000
2. Paid time off for a healthy work-life balance.
