Job Description: Sales Executive – Lead Generation and Client Engagement

As a Sales Executive focused on Lead Generation and Client Engagement, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential leads, as well as fostering meaningful relationships with clients through in-person interactions. Your efforts will be crucial in driving sales, increasing brand awareness, and contributing to our company’s overall success.

-Proactively identify and source new sales leads through research, networking, cold-calling, and targeted outreach efforts.
-Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies, including attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to connect with potential clients.
-Utilize a variety of channels, including digital platforms and traditional methods, to generate high-quality sales leads.
-Engage potential clients through persuasive communication, demonstrating the value of our products/services and addressing their unique needs.
-Follow and monitor through clinched deals and accounts and then ensuring the operation requirements are fulfilled.
-Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential client pain points to tailor your approach.
-Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present our offerings and gather insights to customize proposals.
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing concerns.
-Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and sales activities using our CRM system.
-Stay current with industry developments and continuously enhance your product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.

Qualifications:

-At least a Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field; additional sales training is a plus.
-Proven track record of success in lead generation and sales, with 3 years of experience in a B2B sales environment.
-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Strong ability to establish rapport and build relationships with potential and existing clients.
-Comfortable with face-to-face client interactions and willing to travel to meet with clients in-person.
-Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and sales activities.
-Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
-Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
-Resilient and adaptable, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
-Adept at handling objections and converting prospects into loyal clients.

Knowledge of logistics last mile delivery is advantageous.
