Position Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive at CryptoCollabs, where your expertise in sales will drive significant revenue growth and shape the future of our company. We are looking for a highly motivated and talented sales professional who thrives on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

– Identify, develop, and convert high-value leads to meet and exceed sales targets.
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
– Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify new opportunities.
– Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer experiences.
– Monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring client satisfaction.
– Autonomy in Strategy Development: Propose and implement your own sales strategies to improve workflow and revenue performance, leveraging your experience and expertise to drive results.

Qualifications:

-Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
-Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development.
-Experience in fintech, web3 or cryptocurrency industry is highly preferred.
-Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a history of driving significant revenue growth.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using data to inform sales strategies.
-Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools; familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and collaboration skills.
-High level of motivation and ambition to achieve exceptional results, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
-Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans, with a focus on long-term growth.
-Strong understanding of market research techniques and the ability to stay updated on industry trends.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Advanced sales or business development certifications, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar.
-Experience with international sales and expansion into new markets.
-Proven leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring or managing junior sales team members.
-Strong network within the cryptocurrency or tech industry, providing access to high-value leads and opportunities.
-Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:

Compensation and Benefits:

– Base Salary: $360/month (PHP 20,700).

– Commission Structure:
– Base Tier (2.5%): $0-$50K in revenue.
– Mid Tier (5%): $50K-$75K in revenue.
– Top Tier (7.5%): $75K+ in revenue, uncapped with unlimited earning potential.
– Disclosure: The commission structure restarts each financial quarter (every 90 days).

Potential Earnings:

– Base Tier ($0-$50K):
– Maximum Commission: $1,250 for $50,000 in revenue.
– Total Earnings: $1,610/month (base salary + commission).
– Mid Tier ($50K-$75K):
– Maximum Commission: $1,250 (additional) for $25,000 in revenue.
– Total Earnings: $2,860/month (base salary + commission from Base and Mid Tiers).
– Top Tier ($75K+, uncapped):
– Commission: 7.5% on all revenue above $75,000.
– Example Earnings: For $100,000 in revenue, the commission is $4,375.
– Total Earnings: $4,735/month (base salary + commission from all tiers).

Additional Benefits:

-Paid Annual Vacation Time: Employees accrue paid vacation time from the start, with two weeks of paid annual vacation available after six months of job performance.
-Paid Sick Leave: Employees accrue paid sick leave from the start, with one week of paid sick leave available after six months of job performance.
-Unpaid Sick Leave: Employees can take one week of unpaid sick leave if needed after three months of job performance.
