Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of car care products to both retail and wholesale clients. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
– Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
– Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
– Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
– Negotiate and close deals, while handling complaints or objections.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
– Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
– Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs and product improvements.
Requirements:
– Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or car care industry.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients.
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
