Zodiak Management is New Zealand’s leading Airbnb short-term rental management company, and we are currently hiring a full-time Sales Executive based in the Philippines.

We are offering a very competitive salary plus commission package to 1 lucky Sales Executive that will be responsible for generating additional revenue for our Airbnb management company by increasing the number of direct bookings we receive.

We already have a great looking direct booking website and the leading PMS system in the short-term rental space, so you will be using the best tools on the market to help you make a real impact on the bottom line from day 1.

Key responsibilities include:
– Actively managing new accounts and fostering repeat business.
– Driving business development by securing new clients and referral opportunities.
– Researching and identifying new business prospects and lead generation.
– Providing impeccable service to existing and prospective clients.
– Engaging in effective communication and collaboration with clients and colleagues.

What we are looking For:
– Personality +++ – be the face/voice of our business for new potential guest groups.
– High standards in client relationship management – ensure positive experiences through professional sales and account management.
– Proven phone sales track record using cold lead sources (3+ years of experience) – meet targets and budgets through proactive client engagement.
– Excellent lead generation skills – know how to efficiently find and sort potential leads.
– Collaborative spirit – work seamlessly with all teams to deliver exceptional events.
– Attention to detail – accuracy, logical thinking, and exceptional communication skills.
– Professional and quiet work from home setup with excellent WiFi and backup equipment.
– Excellent spoken and written English.
– Familiarity with the following software would be of benefit but not required: PipeDrive, Guesty, Aircall.
