Role and Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to Sales Directors, VPs, and Managers in technology companies to introduce our IT staffing and services solutions.
Sales Outreach: Conduct cold calling, email marketing, and text marketing campaigns to engage potential clients and identify their staffing needs.
Client Engagement: Understand client requirements, present our services effectively, and build strong relationships with decision-makers.
Strategy and Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets, including prospecting, follow-ups, and closing deals.
Individual Contributor: Work independently to meet sales goals and contribute to the growth of the company.
Reporting: Track sales activities, manage leads, and provide regular updates on progress and performance.
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the IT staffing and services industry.
Strong cold calling, email marketing, and text marketing skills.
Ability to reach out to and engage high-level decision-makers in tech companies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.
Experience working remotely and managing tasks independently.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
Additional Skills:

Experience in handling all social media handles and running targeted campaigns.
Data cleaning and management skills to ensure accurate lead information.
Understanding of the US market and its nuances.
