We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive – Lead Conversion Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. As a Lead Conversion Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to potential customers through phone calls and convert leads into successful sales. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will play a pivotal role in turning prospects into loyal customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management: Engage in proactive outreach to potential customers using a provided list of leads or generating new leads through research and other means.

2. Phone Calls: Make outbound phone calls to prospects to introduce our products/services and build rapport with potential clients.

3. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with leads, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing the best solutions to convert them into satisfied customers.

4. Qualification: Assess the needs and interests of leads, identify potential buying signals, and qualify them for further follow-ups.

5. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to present compelling features and benefits to potential customers.

6. Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive and effective sales pitches tailored to individual prospects, highlighting the value proposition and addressing objections professionally.

7. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, demonstrating consistent lead conversion capabilities.

8. Sales Funnel Management: Manage and update leads within the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and progress.

9. Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer responses and interactions.

10. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge to continuously improve performance and achieve outstanding results.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing, with a successful track record of consistently converting leads into sales.
– Excellent verbal communication skills and a natural talent for building rapport with potential customers over the phone.
– Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively close sales deals.
– Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
– Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of leads efficiently.
– Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track leads.
– A positive and resilient attitude, able to handle objections with professionalism and determination.
– Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
– High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
