RATE:
Placement Fee: Php 39k per month

Working Hours: US Pacific Standard Time office hours (Monday – Friday, 11:00 pm – 7:30 am PH Time)

Note: Candidates must be within commuting distance to Ortigas and must be willing to work during US Pacific Standard Time office hours (Monday – Friday, 11:00 pm – 7:30 am PH Time).

About The Role
Pacific Equity and Loan seeks a full-time Sales Executive to join our expanding sales team. Your exceptional customer service skills and passion for meeting sales targets will be pivotal in increasing our sales volume. As a Sales Executive, you’ll build and maintain relationships with clients, identify new sales opportunities, and collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets.

Primary responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with borrowers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings to confidently address customer inquiries and concerns.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to increased sales volume.
Prepare loan files for the processing team.
Build and maintain an up-to-date customer database.

What your tasks will look like:
Answer inbound calls to effectively convert leads into sales opportunities
Conduct outbound sales calls, both cold and warm
Collect initial loan applicant information to begin the loan origination process

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
With at least 6 months of BPO experience
Candidates must have experience working night shifts
Fluent in English with strong communication skills
Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Basic computer skills to effectively navigate our loan processing software and other digital tools
Willingness to learn new concepts to grow and advance in the organization
Fast and accurate typing skills
Additional Qualifications:
High School Diploma, Bachelor’s/College Degree
1-4 Years Experienced Employee
Candidates must be within commuting distance to Ortigas

Training Process:
Once hired, you will be working directly under the Sales Manager and Account Executive. You will learn about the ever changing hard money industry and familiarize yourself with our loan products. You will utilize your customer service skills by learning how to properly communicate with leads and add them to our customer database. Along with this, you will be trained on how to prepare loan files for the processing team. This training will likely take a few months.

Compensation and benefits:
?35,000 per month
?4,000 monthly transportation allowance

Salary increase after 6th month performance review
