Job Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing prospective clients, managing relationships through efficient CRM systems, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation strategies, lead-generation skills, a knack for CRM management, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

*Lead Generation

– Identify and target potential clients in the real estate industry.
– Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
– Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies.
– Utilize various channels, including online research, networking, and referrals, to generate leads.
– Gather accurate contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers.

*Sales and Negotiation

– Develop and execute effective sales strategies to convert leads into clients.
– Conduct persuasive sales presentations, demonstrating the value of our real estate funding solutions.
– Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

*CRM Management

– Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
– Record all client interactions, communications, and relevant information.
– Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the CRM.
– Utilize CRM data to track progress, analyze trends, and optimize sales strategies.
– Generate reports and insights from CRM data for strategic decision-making.

*Client Engagement

– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
– Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries and requests.
– Understand clients’ unique needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
– Communicate the value proposition effectively.
– Collaborate with clients to address concerns and resolve issues promptly.

*Individual Collaboration

– Work closely with cross-functional teams, including underwriters and finance experts, to develop customized funding solutions.
– Share insights and feedback with internal teams to improve processes and services.
– Collaborate with colleagues to optimize sales strategies and achieve targets.
– Continuously update knowledge of real estate funding products and industry trends.

*Qualifications:

– Proven experience in lead generation and CRM management.
– Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and funding solutions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
– Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
