Salary Range: SGD $600 – $800 per month (Including commissions) – Base salary $500

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused SALES EXECUTIVE (SINGAPORE BASED FLORIST) to join our team. The primary responsibilities include calling customers to gather reviews of recently placed orders and reminding existing customers about our reminder service for annual events like birthdays and anniversaries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:

Call up customers who have recently placed an order to gather feedback and reviews.
Maintain a friendly and empathetic tone during all customer interactions.
Reminder Service:

Proactively call existing customers to remind them of our service for annual events such as birthdays and anniversaries.
Assist in setting reminders and facilitate the ordering process if required.

2. Database Management:

Update and maintain a customer database with accurate information.
Document all calls, including customer feedback and suggested areas for improvement.
Quality Assurance:

Ensure all customer interactions adhere to company policies and procedures.
Provide suggestions for improving the customer experience based on gathered feedback.

3. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to identify new opportunities and strategies for customer engagement.

Skills and Qualifications:
Language Skills:
Extremely strong command of English is required.
An international accent is preferred.

Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of confidence and assertiveness.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Experience:
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
Comfortable with using CRM software (Klaviyo).

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications.
